Bafang Headlight-works with BBSHD, BBS02, Ultra with UART display, Soul bikes with 500C display

Our goal with this version of the Ultra 3200 was simple: make installation as easy as possible for Bafang riders. This is our first true plug-and-play headlight designed specifically for Bafang BBSHD, BBS02, and Ultra mid-drive e-bikes running 36–72V systems. It also works with Soul bikes equipped with the mini 500C display.
The Ultra 3200 features multiple brightness modes, from a low-power 80 lumens for daytime visibility or trail cruising, all the way up to a blinding 3200 lumens when you need maximum output. High-quality 5000K LEDs provide a clean, natural light color that improves depth perception and makes obstacles easier to spot at speed.

This light comes with a custom Y adapter that installs in line with your display giving you an extra connection to power the light. Perfect for anyone looking for a high power light that doesn’t want to solder or crimp to install it.

Smart Thermal Protection

Because the Ultra 3200 produces so much light in a small 6oz housing, it includes intelligent thermal protection. If airflow is limited in Super or Ultra mode, the light will automatically shift down to Bright mode to prevent overheating, and return to higher modes once cooling improves.

2 rapid presses – Bright –   770 lm @ 5 watts

3 rapid presses – Super –   2900 lm @ 22 watts

4 rapid presses – Ultra –   3200 lm @ 24 watts

5 rapid presses – Flash –   770 lm flashing @ 2.5 watts

9 rapid presses – “Auto On” Mode

Ultra Light Development

Night riding should feel just as fun and confident as daytime riding. The Ultra 3200 uses a dual-optic system — a wide-angle beam to illuminate everything around you, and a focused optic for long-range terrain visibility. The result is a bright, encompassing beam that makes night riding safer and far more enjoyable.
