Plug and play light for Super73 S2 and R-Series

The Ultra 3200 for Super73 is designed to plug directly into Super73 R, RX, and S2 models with factory controllers and run off the bike’s battery—so there’s no need for external battery packs or extra charging.
In addition, the Ultra 3200 features multiple brightness modes, ranging from a low-power 80 lumens for daytime visibility all the way up to a blinding 3200 lumens when you need maximum output. Meanwhile, high-quality 5000K LEDs produce a clean, natural beam that improves depth perception and makes obstacles easier to spot at speed.
To make installation just as simple as operation, this ultra-bright Super73 headlight includes a custom adapter harness that installs inline between your battery and controller, giving you a dedicated power connection for the light. As a result, there’s no more charging separate battery packs—just charge your bike and ride.
Finally, to complete the package, it includes a custom CNC-machined stem mount designed specifically for Super73 bikes, giving your cockpit a clean, minimal, factory-style look.

Smart Thermal Protection

Because the Ultra 3200 produces so much light in a small 6oz housing, it includes intelligent thermal protection. If airflow is limited in Super or Ultra mode, the light will automatically shift down to Bright mode to prevent overheating, and return to higher modes once cooling improves.

This Ultra 3200 Sur Ron Remote Switch Headlight replaces the original switch with a handlebar mounted switch. An upgrade for riders who want to control their light without letting go of the grips. All 3 buttons have the same function, turn the light on/off and control brightness modes. Use the power button, plus, or minus on the remote switch to power on/off or select light output without taking your hand off the bars. Good for technical trails with oncoming traffic.

The Ultra 3200 is the ultimate Sur Ron headlight upgrade, delivering up to 3200 lumens in a compact, lightweight housing. Designed specifically for e-moto platforms, this 12V Sur Ron, Talaria, and E-Ride Pro headlight produces more usable light per ounce than any other headlight. The latest Ultra 3200 also features user-programmable ignition activation for rider convenience and offers brightness modes ranging from 80 lumens to a massive 3200 lumens using premium Cree LEDs. 5000K color temperature for superior depth perception and off-road visibility.

Sur Ron, Talaria, and other e-motos run 60V–72V batteries but use a built-in DC converter that powers the headlight at 12 volts. The Ultra 3200 is engineered to replace the factory headlight directly with no wiring modifications required. Just choose the correct connector from the dropdown and enjoy true plug-and-play installation. Sur Ron and E-Ride Pro-SS use the round Sur Ron-style plug, while Talaria Sting MX4/MX5 uses the square black connector.

When Luna Cycle introduced the Sur Ron Light Bee, we developed all new electronics to make our Ultra headlight fully plug and play. Today, it’s also a perfect match for the Talaria Sting MX4, Talaria Sting MX5as well as E-Ride Pro-SS, Segway X260/X160, and most 12V systems. Its compact style blends seamlessly with the aggressive aesthetics of modern e-motos.

The Ultra 3200 can also be used on standard mountain bikes when powered by a 12V battery pack, such as this 3000mAh pack or this larger 6000mAh battery.

Bafang BBSHD Headlight-works with BBS02, Ultra with UART display, Soul bikes with 500C display

This version of the Ultra 3200 is designed for riders who want maximum convenience and control without taking their hands off the bars. Instead of using the rear-mounted button, this model features a remote handlebar-mounted switch that lets you change modes instantly while riding.
Like our other Ultra 3200 models, this is a true plug-and-play headlight for Bafang BBSHD, BBS02, and Ultra mid-drive e-bikes running 36–72V systems, and it also works with Soul bikes using the mini 500C display. Installation is fast and requires no cutting, soldering, or crimping thanks to the included custom Y-adapter.
The Ultra 3200 offers multiple brightness modes, from a low-power 80 lumens all the way up to an ultra-bright 3200 lumens. High-quality 5000K LEDs produce a clean, natural beam that improves depth perception and makes it easier to spot obstacles at speed—whether you’re riding trails or streets.

The 36-96V Ultra 3200 Headlight is our most powerful high-output LED e-bike headlight, engineered for riders who need maximum visibility on and off the trail. Designed specifically for electric bicycles, it operates from 36–96 volts (28–112V max tolerance) and produces an ULTRA-bright 3200 lumens in a compact 6 oz housing. The 5000K color temperature provides exceptional depth perception and clear visibility for night riding conditions.

This headlight wires directly to your e-bike’s main battery—no separate battery pack required. Since e-bikes use a range of voltages, the Ultra 3200 Headlight is compatible with 36V, 48V, 52V, 72V, and 96V systems. Every unit includes an XT30 connector with a pigtail for easy integration into your bike’s wiring harness.

To keep performance consistent, the Ultra 3200 Headlight includes intelligent thermal protection. If airflow is limited while running in Super or Ultra mode, the headlight automatically reduces output to Bright mode to prevent overheating. Once sufficient airflow returns, it automatically restores higher brightness levels.
